Fall is here , What better way to celebrate my favorite season than to do it with fashion. I’ve teamed up with a few ladies to showcase our similar and different ways of being fashionable for the fall. Fall for me is all about layers, I love layers, you can build up and break it down as the day goes on.
The thing I love about fashion is that we can interpret it in the way we think, feel and enjoy. I am far from an artist, but fashion is my way of showing my artistic eye.Sometimes I enjoy the basics and sometimes I can be a bit over the top. I also love that people are at time brought together by the things they they love and enjoy.
Here are the ladies, their handles and their blogs.
First we have the lovely @thedazzlebomb (on IG),I love this sexy fall inspired look. Those Fabulous booties are from goody2shoes.com, blazer from justfab.com and her shorts are thrifted. Follow her blog at Thedazzlebomb.com
Next we have the beautiful @Sarastrendystyle. This jumper has my name all over it!!!She got her jumper (that I love) from fashionnova.com and her booties from Shoedazzle.com Follow her blog at SarasTrendyStyle.com.
Then we have the bombshell @crownsbyceleste. Those boots are to die for. She got her top from amazon.com, jeans from fashionnova.com, and her boots from Shoedazzle.com.
We also have the darling @stylishgal_on_a_budget, she got her Kimono from Walmart (I need to head to Walmart ASAP), her jeans from justfab.com and her booties from shoesdazzle.com. Follow her blog at https://m.facebook.com/Stylishgalcarryn/
Finally ,my fall inspired look. I got my tee from modells.com, jacket from a local boutique back in New York, jeans from justfab.com.
Today all I want to do is eat some ribs and chicken. I know that there have been a lot of suffering for black ppl but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy a day of eating and being with friends and family.
I’m American and while I know that I’m not very proud of this country right now I celebrate its independence by eating and being with friends and family. Any reason to do these 2 things I am here for. Lol. Happy 4th of July everyone.
For my outfit I wanted to be relaxed and comfy (needed to make sure I would be fine after eating. Lol) but still stylish and to not break the bank.
Tee: Here– 2.98

I have a love hate relationship with high waist jeans. It’s hit or miss sometimes. These jeans right here from Shoedazzle are amazing! Unfortunately they no longer have them but they do have ones similar. I paired them with These yellow heels from @justfab.com and they paired perfect.
I purchased this grey onsie while I was in Cali last year, I wore it for the first time… Here is a similar one. As for my jacket it is one of my favorite and was apart of my boutique about 2 years ago.
Some days you wake up, throw on some makeup, toss your hair, put on some clothing, look in the mirror and completely love yourself… this was one of those days for me. Everything seem to have fallen into place just how I wanted it.
Clothing makes me happy. I know that sounds pretty shallow but they do. If I’m feeling down for any reason, sometimes all I have to do is put something pretty on, do my hair, throw on some lipstick and slip on an amazing pair of shoes. I know everyone has that ONE article of clothing that when they put it on they feel… pretty. Well this dress is that for me. I absolutely love this dress. This is the type of dress that needs very little help. You can wear it with booties, pumps, even over the knee boots. With this dress less is defiantly more. It speaks for itself. I paired it my always favorite bangle, dangling earrings ( although you can rock this with studs), ankle boots and one of my favorite clutches. Threw on some shades and felt… well… pretty.
Shoes: The shoes were purchased years ago from Stevemadden.com but they have them here: http://www.shoespie.com/product/10888696.html
