Olive Fashion

I have come to the conclusion that I am OBSESSED with Olive for the fall. One day I was looking in my closet and I came upon a bunch of olive items. It was not only my clothing but shoes as well. After seeing this i decided to do a series on my love for olive. I picked FIVE yes five looks that I loved and will be blogging about them. All these looks are super inexpensive and easy to put together (even with other colors). I start this series off  With this sweater dress.

This item can be worn as a dress or a sweater. I paired it with some pattern stocking and black sorts ( underneath). I added some lace up boots to bring this look together. This look can be easily done with an over sized sweater, some leggings and tall boots.

To add some of my on personal style i threw on this leopard belt and an off color ( off being that it doesn’t “match”) purse. This is one of my favorite comfortable fall looks.

Fall Collaboration

Fall is here , What better way to celebrate my favorite season than to do it with fashion. I’ve teamed up with a few ladies to showcase our similar and different ways of being fashionable for the fall. Fall for me is all about layers, I love layers, you can build up and break it down as  the day goes on.

The thing I love about fashion is that we can interpret it in the way we think, feel and enjoy. I am far from an artist, but  fashion is my way of showing my artistic eye.Sometimes I enjoy the basics and sometimes I can be a bit over the top. I also love that people are at time brought together by the things they they love and enjoy.

Here are the ladies, their handles and their blogs.

Fringe Is In

Brunch is such the norm. Going to brunch on a Saturday or Sunday has become one of my favorite things to do. This day I had 10 minutes to get dressed. I had no idea what I was going to wear so within those 10 minutes I had to figure that out as well. My way of doing things specifically when I am in a rush is to work around my shoes. Once I picked out the shoes I was going to wear the rest came Easy. On a beautiful day in New York, I decided to throw on a thrifted sweater and a faux leather fringe skirt.
